About The Position

Partners Federal Credit Union is hiring a Graphic Designer who will collaborate with the Mgr, Creative Operations and other members of the marketing team to create effective and eye-catching designs and campaigns. This role involves creating assets for various platforms including social media, print, mobile, and emerging media. The designer will manage the workflow and demands of various projects while ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget restrictions. The position is based out of either the Florida or California office, and only one role will be filled.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
  • Fluency in a Mac environment.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Experience in fine arts, graphic design, or visual communications with an emphasis in print and digital media.
  • Photo editing skills.
  • Understanding of print and digital specifications for all assets.
  • Ability to learn and use design software programs for email building and asset organization.
  • Well-versed in design techniques, tools, principles, and typography.
  • Awareness of market trends in design and current Disney brands.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Mgr, Creative Operations and marketing team to support creative and marketing obligations.
  • Creates modern, compelling, unique, and inventive brand and marketing campaign designs across multiple platforms from concept to delivery.
  • Determines voice and messaging for graphic design pieces.
  • Conducts quality assurance for design spelling, grammar, and file production issues.
  • Manages a range of design revisions as needed.
  • Works with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
  • Produces and organizes final files for print production and/or digital use.
  • Identifies and evaluates design problems and develops strong solutions.
  • Ensures projects are completed in a timely manner and under budget restrictions.
  • Manages multiple projects with different timelines and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and understanding their impact on visual direction.
  • Communicates with clients to understand project requirements and provides updates.
