About The Position

We are seeking a knowledgeable Sign Designer with a focus on exterior sign design to join our team at Sousa Signs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in creating designs for small to mid-size sign projects, showcasing their creativity and design skills across various sign projects.

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator required
• Strong understanding of color theory and typesetting
• Experience in exterior sign and production design
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
