The eCommerce Graphic Designer role will be a key contributor to growing our US ECommerce business. You’ll sweep us off our feet if: You’re passionate about graphic design. You’re familiar with blending product photography and graphics to produce high-quality retail content that focuses on positive customer experiences You have high creative standards and can hold contributors accountable You have a portfolio of product-related infographics and content You understand brand alignment within creative principles. You’re familiar with industry/category content trends and ecommerce markets You are able to build strong relationships with key partners and associates You’re organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously You’re stimulated by creative challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale You’ll make an impact by: Designing and developing high-quality images and graphics – Create visually appealing and informative graphics for online item pages that effectively communicate product information and elevate the customer experience. Maintaining operational control – Manage multiple projects simultaneously for you and your team, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of work. Leveraging tools & channels – Partner with internal team members to implement and optimize production tools for the studio and image outputs to ensure efficient operations. Building strategic relationships: Support program managers and partners by exploring and aligning to business strategies and output needs. Operating with excellence – Set an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.
