About The Position

The Prepress/Digital Print Production Associate at Minuteman Press Carmel Mountain is responsible for assisting customers with their print, promotional, and design projects. This role involves graphic design, customer interaction, file submission to vendors, and digital printing tasks, all while providing exemplary customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience with Graphic Design using Adobe Cloud.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and typesetting.

Nice To Haves

• Print shop experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via telephone, email, and in-person with print and design projects.
• Perform graphic design tasks using Adobe design software.
• Submit files to vendors and prepare estimates and work orders.
