Cogir Senior Living, a premier senior living company, is seeking a highly creative, strategic, and visionary Graphic Designer / Creative Manager to join our growing marketing team. This is a pivotal role for a design leader who is ready to elevate and evolve a brand—someone who brings both exceptional creative execution and the ability to shape compelling, differentiated brand experiences across our portfolio of communities. As the Graphic Designer / Creative Manager, you will concept, design, and manage a wide range of print and digital marketing materials while championing consistency, elevating quality, and pushing the Cogir brand forward. Reporting to the Director of Field Strategy & Brand Management, this role will directly influence how Cogir shows up in the market—enhancing our visual identity, strengthening our storytelling, and driving a more modern, cohesive, and memorable brand presence.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop required).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating professional design experience across print and digital platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with social media graphics, web design, or marketing campaigns is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute high-quality print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, ads, presentations, print ads, signage, and sales collateral.
  • Manage creative projects from concept through execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and brand standards are met.
  • Serve as a brand steward, maintaining consistency in layout, typography, photography, and visual storytelling across all materials.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop campaigns that support community occupancy goals and corporate initiatives.
  • Translate marketing objectives into compelling, on-brand visual solutions.
  • Provide creative guidance and feedback on design requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and evolve brand templates, tools, and design systems to support efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with vendors and printers as needed to ensure production accuracy and quality.
  • Stay current on design trends and best practices, applying them thoughtfully within the Cogir brand.
