About The Position

Collaborate with team members to design signage for locations & events including ingredient labels, directional signage, and Meal Plan advertisements
Comply with the UNCW Dining Services Brand Guide to create digital & print collateral
Change out content on existing templates
in Canva or Adobe programs.
Distribute marketing materials to the dining locations and make sure materials posted are up to date
Communicate student trends through social media and print/digital material.
Assist in creating Social Media content, including graphics, photos, and videos
Assist Marketing Team with various marketing events such as meal plan sign-up tables, residential theme dinners, and promotions when needed

Requirements

• Must be a UNCW Student
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to understand and use Microsoft Office
• Intermediate understanding of Graphic Design and Typography
• Intermediate expertise in Canva and/or Adobe Express
• Beginner to Intermediate expertise in photography
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional image
• Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
• Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs
• Must be able to sit, walk and stand for extended time periods, up to 6 hours
• Assist in other departments as needed
• Completion of any task requested by a supervisor or member of the Aramark management team
