(booklets, flyers, business cards, etc.) Strong knowledge of Adobe creative suite. (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Create and design new marketing materials for a variety of properties. Update and edit property and staff photos. Use visual designs to effectively communicate brand messaging to potential prospects. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals: Produce and edit graphics for various projects. (flyers, posters, newspaper ads, etc.) Shoot and edit property and staff photos on a weekly basis. Maintain daily requests for promotional and print marketing materials. Requirements
