(booklets, flyers, business cards, etc.) Strong knowledge of Adobe creative suite. (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Create and design new marketing materials for a variety of properties. Update and edit property and staff photos. Use visual designs to effectively communicate brand messaging to potential prospects. You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and do the following things: Develop Marketing Content Design Marketing Materials Photography Shooting & Editing We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals: Produce and edit graphics for various projects. (flyers, posters, newspaper ads, etc.) Shoot and edit property and staff photos on a weekly basis. Maintain daily requests for promotional and print marketing materials. Our company runs purely on EOS. That means as a member of this team, you will have a leader who: Gives clear directions. Makes sure you have the necessary tools. Acts with the greater good in mind.
