Join our mission as we help to enable every patient to the highest quality of care. As the Graphic Design Specialist, you will help shape and evolve our brand identity as we continue to grow. Working cross-functionally with the marketing team and other departments, you'll bring the brand to life through digital, print, and experiential assets. You'll be a part of the Corporate Comms function within Marketing and partner with agency designers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure every touchpoint feels intentional and cohesive.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience creating compelling, cross-channel brand experiences that drive engagement and elevate brand perception.
  • Experience maintaining brand systems, ensuring consistency while adapting core brand elements for multiple platforms and use cases.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to bring brand identities to life through campaigns, templates, and other creative assets.
  • Highly proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva, with a growing interest in motion graphics and emerging design technologies.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects, balancing competing deadlines, and working within a project management system to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility-focused design principles, ensuring designs are inclusive and impactful for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present creative ideas clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design multi-channel campaign assets: Conceptualize and create on-brand visuals for social media, email, web, print, and experiential initiatives that support marketing and business goals.
  • Create templates and tools: Develop templates and reusable components that empower internal teams to create on-brand content efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with marketing, other internal teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and consistency in all design outputs.
  • Contribute to motion and interactive design: Build simple animations, infographics, and interactive visuals that bring stories to life.
  • Ensure brand consistency: Serve as a brand steward, ensuring all visual work adheres to established brand guidelines while allowing room for creative evolution.
  • Lead quality assurance checks: Review and refine design deliverables to ensure they're error-free, on-brand, and ready for production.
