Job Summary Irby is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Design Specialist to play a key role in how the company communicates visually with customers, partners, and employees. This position helps ensure the Irby brand shows up consistently, professionally, and thoughtfully across all touchpoints, supporting marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and trust. As an integral part of the marketing team, this role helps execute and shape Irby’s visual identity across digital, print, and experiential channels. You’ll translate business objectives and marketing strategies into high-quality, on-brand visual communications that help Irby stand out across campaigns and channels. This role is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while supporting a collaborative, fast‑paced marketing environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional design experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative and design skills across digital and print
  • Understanding of traditional and digital design principles
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while also working independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related discipline
  • Experience executing creative projects end-to-end, including planning, creative development, asset sourcing, and managing timelines
  • Comfort generating creative ideas and clearly presenting design concepts and recommendations
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Experience with photography, video editing, or motion graphics

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets across digital, print, events, and integrated marketing campaigns, including social media, email, website, online advertising, presentations, and trade show materials
  • Translate marketing objectives and business goals into clear, compelling, audience-centered design concepts and visual solutions
  • Support design projects from concept through production, collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendor partners
  • Contribute creative ideas and identify opportunities to enhance campaigns through visual concepts, formats, and storytelling approaches
  • Adapt existing messaging into strong, on-brand visual storytelling, contributing light copywriting, headline development, or content refinement when appropriate
  • Collaborate with content and subject matter experts to ensure visuals and messaging align
  • Ensure all visual and written content aligns with brand voice, value proposition, and positioning
  • Support light motion, animation, or video work as needed
  • Assist with the development and execution of content and campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and audience needs
