About The Position

This position will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in graphic design and contribute to the creation of visually compelling designs for various projects. The individual will work under the guidance of experienced designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and assist in the production of visual assets. This internship provides valuable exposure to the design industry and an opportunity to learn from industry professionals.

Requirements

• Strong passion for graphic design and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to feedback.
• Portfolio or examples of previous design work (if available) to demonstrate design skills.

Nice To Haves

• Motion Design Education/Experience: Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of visual assets such as illustrations, icons, infographics, and other graphic elements for digital and print media.
• Follow design guidelines and contribute to the development of consistent and visually appealing designs.
• Designed and produced visual content for brand social media channels and created a wide range of online and offline marketing materials, including brochures, banners, leaflets, advertisements, as well as sales presentation materials and pitch decks.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to contribute to design projects.
• Assist in brainstorming sessions, gather requirements, and contribute ideas to design discussions.
• Support the production process by preparing and organizing design files, ensuring that assets are correctly formatted and ready for use.
• Assist with image editing, resizing, and optimization for different platforms and devices.
• Assist in the creation of design documentation, style guides, and other reference materials to support design standards and guidelines.
• Contribute to maintaining an organized design library.
• Develop proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools.
• Learn and utilize design techniques and best practices.
• Take advantage of learning opportunities provided during the internship, such as attending design workshops, participating in design critiques, and receiving feedback from experienced designers.
• Actively seek opportunities to expand design skills and knowledge.
• Perform other related duties or specialized areas as assigned.
