About The Position

We are seeking a creative Graphic Design Intern who can showcase their creativity in marketing materials, including social media graphics, flyers, menus, signage, and more, to support the Club’s brand, events, and culture.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Art and Media Design, Communications, or Digital Media
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom), Canva, and Microsoft 365
• A portfolio highlighting your previous work
• Passionate about branding, storytelling, and social media design
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
• Experience creating content for online or print use
• Able to commute to Olympia Fields, IL
• Flexible schedule, ranging from 20-30 hours per week
• Should be open to a flexible schedule in accordance with business needs that include a few weekends during the summer

Nice To Haves

• Previous creative internship experience preferred
• Comfortable interacting with members, staff, and vendors
• Interest in golf, racquet sports, or food and beverage is a plus
• Experience with photography or video is not required, but a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing print materials such as event flyers, food menus, and tournament signage using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Design social media graphics, templates, and carousel posts for @olympiafieldscc and other social media channels
• Develop other visual assets while adhering to Olympia Fields branding
• Organize and maintain content libraries
• Assist with updating website content
• Additional creative duties as assigned
