About The Position

Delta Star Inc. is seeking a creative, ambitious Graphic Design Intern to support the development of high‑impact visual content for external marketing initiatives. If you’re passionate about visual storytelling, love bringing bold ideas to life, and want to help shape how the world sees the Delta Star brand—we want to hear from you! As a Graphic Design Intern, you’ll help translate marketing strategies into compelling visuals that strengthen brand recognition and drive audience engagement. You’ll support the creation of external marketing assets across digital, print, event, and social channels—all while learning from experienced designers and contributing to meaningful, real‑world projects. Your day may include designing marketing brochures, creating digital assets for web and social media, developing large‑format graphics for trade shows, or supporting pitch presentations. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency and elevate Delta Star’s visual identity. You will work across multiple design platforms, maintain brand aesthetics, and explore innovative creative approaches that support external marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Web Design, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of educational or project‑based graphic/visual design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design, layout, color theory, and typography.
  • Ability to develop innovative, visually compelling work across formats.
  • Resourcefulness and strong asset organization capability.
  • Ability to multitask with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines based on the business calendar.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design of premium marketing materials including brochures, offering memorandums, and pitch decks.
  • Produce digital assets for web, email campaigns, online ads, and multimedia presentations.
  • Design social media content such as static posts, animated graphics, stories, and reels.
  • Create trade show booth visuals including large‑format graphics, signage, layouts, and branded environments.
  • Develop visual concepts that align with brand strategy and marketing objectives.
  • Maintain consistent branding across external platforms.
  • Design artwork for branded apparel, merchandise, and promotional items.
  • Archive, organize, and maintain creative assets.
  • Support the ongoing visual aesthetic of the Delta Star brand.
