About The Position

Peak Sports MGMT is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to join our team at our headquarters just north of Dallas. This role will work closely with our Social Media & Marketing team to help bring the Peak Sports MGMT brand to life through compelling visual content. This internship is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design and a desire to create graphics that engage audiences across digital platforms.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent graduate with at least a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• Strong interest in sports, branding, and digital content creation
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva
• Understanding of social media design trends and what performs well across platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Creative thinker with a willingness to take feedback and iterate quickly
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging graphics for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with the Social Media & Marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns, announcements, and brand initiatives
• Assist in creating visual assets for short-form video content (thumbnails, overlays, motion graphics, etc.)
• Develop branded templates to ensure consistency across all Peak Sports MGMT content
• Support the design of promotional materials such as digital ads, recruiting graphics, and marketing collateral
• Help maintain and evolve the visual identity of the Peak Sports MGMT brand
• Assist with additional creative and marketing projects as needed
