About The Position

Supports the Creative Design Manager and Graphic Designer in the creation and production of a wide variety of print and digital design projects for the Green Bay Packers and its business units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with graphic design major or equivalent.
  • Portfolio of work showcasing creativity and design sense.
  • Previous experience in sports, a plus.
  • Ability to think creatively and outside-the-box.
  • A strong eye for visual composition.
  • Ability to receive and give constructive feedback.
  • Must be enthusiastic with a desire to work hard and have a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Must be self-motivated and independent and able to work well with the creative team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Uphold Packers core values and always represent the organization in the most positive way.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Bridge and Acrobat). Experience with Dreamweaver, Aftereffects, Slate and photography a plus.
  • Must also be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects at one time with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external customers.
  • Must be a team player, willing to grow and take creative direction.
  • Ability to work gameday and extra hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Create print graphics including but not limited to print ads, brochures, letterhead, calendars, posters, annual reports, logos, signage, etc.
  • Create digital graphics for websites, social media, web ads, sweepstakes, billboards, Video boards etc.
  • Follow and adhere to creative and design deadlines.
  • Ensure all design elements are accurate, proofread and adhere to design and printer specifications.
  • Pay close attention to the Packers brand, making sure it's always portrayed correctly according to the brand standards.
  • Learn to use graphic request system to accept graphic requests, create projects, post proofs, track hours, close and archive projects.
  • Work collaboratively with Creative Design Manager and designer along with others in the organization.
  • Present creative work to Creative Design Manager as well Graphic Designer.
  • Attend weekly Brand + Marketing staff meeting.
