The Graphic Design Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining the visual identity of Project Open Hand, producing a wide range of digital and print materials that support fundraising, outreach, and program communications. This includes designing graphics for publications, digital and mailed appeals, newsletters, flyers, social media, and web content. The Coordinator ensures brand consistency across all platforms and collaborates with the Communications and Development teams to deliver timely, mission-aligned visuals, and occasionally translates basic details from creative briefs into draft copy that can be refined by content editors. This role offers an opportunity to expand a digital and print design portfolio, including preparing print-ready files and coordinating with external printers for appeal production (prepress coordination). This is a temporary full-time (40 hour week) position that will range from October through early December 2025.
