About The Position

The Tribe currently owns and operates two 18-hole championship golf courses, 3 casinos located in Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, and downtown Palm Springs, two world class spas, and a fuel station.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred. Minimum of an Associate's degree (AA) in related field or equivalent from a technical school.
  • 4 years of experience with layout and design of marketing collateral.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills, in English.
  • Must be able to use and understand Macintosh hardware and graphic software with a strong understanding specifically in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
  • Outstanding organizational skills; must be able to multi-task.
  • Work within the established brand identity and replicate existing collateral when needed.
  • Select colors, images, text style, and layout to represent brand.
  • Review designs and proof read for errors.
  • Be up to date with latest software and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and layout collateral including rack cards, flyers, business cards, website graphics, social media graphics, ads, e-blasts, various communications materials, and output to spec.
  • Manage art and photos with knowledge of the industry's final production techniques.
  • Develop graphics for TV, print, outdoor promotional offers and marketing programs.
  • Interact with Public Relations Director to ensure final graphic product meets expectations.
  • Maintain current working knowledge of graphics software options and capabilities.
  • Be a team player and work well with others in team environment.
  • Must comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal Regulations.
