The Grants Manager plays a pivotal role in writing grants and overseeing the efficient and compliant administration and management of grants within Atautchikun. This position is responsible for researching funding opportunities, writing and submitting grant proposals, managing the full grant lifecycle (pre-award to post-award), and ensuring ongoing compliance and reporting through the entire life cycle of grants, from application to reporting, ensuring adherence to grant guidelines, and fostering effective communication between internal teams and external funding agencies. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in securing grants, possess excellent writing and analytical skills, and have the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. This role reports to the Executive Director and plays a critical role in supporting Atautchikun’s mission of securing sustainable funding to benefit NANA shareholders and regional communities. This position may be based at NANA's Corporate Office in Kotzebue, AK, or from Anchorage, AK subject to candidate qualifications, preference, and company approval.
