About The Position
The Grants and Contracts Specialist III (Pre Award) at the Organ Pathobiology Therapeutics Institute (OPTIn) is responsible for developing and directing all preaward grant functions, as well as serving as the contracts administrator. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of preaward and contract administration principles, practices, and procedures. The incumbent will coordinate, prepare, and submit grant proposals, conduct complex cost analyses, ensure compliance with university policies, and monitor grants and budgets to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
