Responsibilities

  • Actively research and identify grant opportunities and other similar funding sources.
  • Create, monitor, and refine systems to track grant opportunities and submissions.
  • Coordinate with appropriate staff to determine and confirm which grants to pursue then initiate and complete the grant application process.
  • Manage data collection and reporting systems for acquired grants; prepare timelines and status reports. Maintain grant and program records.
  • Ensure responsiveness to grantor/compliance with scope of grant. Assure performance of grant implementation. Act as liaison with grant contacts.
  • Facilitate and maintain grant-related community partnerships.
  • Facilitate/liaison department MindShare/CoBRIS requests/needs.
  • Attend appropriate meetings.
  • Perform other duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field.
  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of receiving local and/or state awards.
  • Valid driver’s license.
