The Grants Accounting Manager ensures accurate and timely implementation, tracking, and reporting of all grant-related financial activities. This role also supervises the Accounting Assistant assigned to grants. The Grants Accounting Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate grant budgets, financial reports, and supporting documentation. This position serves as the primary liaison for grant-related financial matters, ensuring compliance with grantor requirements and internal policies. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills to keep stakeholders informed and facilitate proper use of grant funds. Key objectives include: Delivering timely and accurate grant budgets and reports to grantors. Maintaining complete and compliant financial records.
