About The Position
The position involves leading and managing the full grant lifecycle at PRCC, which includes proposal development, submission, tracking, and reporting. The successful candidate will ensure that all required materials are submitted accurately and on time, while also assisting in building institutional capacity for grants development through training, workshops, and technical assistance. The role requires developing and executing a process to identify grant opportunities and preparing proposals to secure those grants. Maintaining strong working relationships with government grant program officers and agencies is essential, as is staying informed about the latest grant programs, funding priorities, and government regulations. The candidate will conduct in-depth research to identify potential federal, state, and local government grant opportunities that align with PRCC's mission and strategic goals, as well as private foundations with similar priorities. Additionally, the role involves analyzing grant opportunities and making recommendations on their feasibility, developing persuasive grant proposals, and collaborating with PRCC stakeholders to gather necessary information for proposals.
