About The Position

The Manager of Corporate & Foundation Relations supports God’s Love We Deliver’s institutional fundraising efforts by managing an assigned portfolio of corporate and foundation partners that help fund the delivery of more than 3.5 million medically tailored meals annually to over 15,000 New Yorkers living with serious illness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day activity across a portfolio of approximately 75–100 corporate and foundation donors, supporting $5 million or more in annual revenue under the direction of the Director of Philanthropy, Institutional Giving.
  • Carry out cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities in accordance with plans developed and overseen by the Director.
  • Conduct prospect research and surface new funding opportunities for Director review and prioritization.
  • Track portfolio activity and maintain accurate records to support pipeline reporting and revenue monitoring.
  • Draft letters of inquiry, grant proposals, reports, and donor communications for Director review and approval.
  • Translate program data and information into clear, compelling narratives aligned with funder priorities.
  • Coordinate with Program, Business Development, Strategy and Growth, Finance, and other teams to gather input, develop budgets, collect materials, and prepare grant proposals and reports.
  • Track and manage the full lifecycle of grant deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate submission of all proposals and reports.
  • Prepare funder briefing materials and background research to support the Director in advance of funder meetings, site visits, and cultivation conversations.
  • Carry out ongoing funder communications and engagement activities within the assigned portfolio.
  • Coordinate logistics for funder meetings, site visits, and cultivation activities.
  • Participate in God’s Love We Deliver events and external events with funders as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donor interactions, proposals, and gifts in Raiser’s Edge.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and portfolio activity to support strong stewardship and accountability.
  • Support internal systems and reporting processes that enable team-wide pipeline visibility.
