The Grant Project Navigator role will support Bay College's Institutional Effectiveness operations, managing various aspects of grant administration, including proposal development, compliance monitoring, and reporting. The Project Navigator will work closely with the Business Office on timely financial grant management and grant budgeting. This role will lead the College Success Go Big grant steering committee and collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to ensure that grant objectives are met efficiently and effectively while supporting the college's mission and strategic goals. This position will develop and document the operating practices, guidelines and framework needed to support further grant opportunities. The successful candidate will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the institution's success and growth.
