About The Position

Nemours is seeking a Grant & Project Deliverables Coordinator (Full-Time), to join our Hematology Oncology team in Orlando, Florida. The Grant & Project Deliverables Coordinator will support the implementation and tracking of grant-funded activities under the Florida Cancer Connect Collaborative Research Incubator. This role assists in coordinating deliverables outlined in the Work and Evaluation Plan, compiling quarterly and annual reports, and facilitating communication across teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, grant support, and administrative functions in a healthcare setting.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience.
  • Written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Time management skills required.
  • Microsoft Office Suite and experience with basic project tracking tools required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and submitting grant deliverables and progress reports.
  • Track deadlines and ensure documentation aligns with grant requirements.
  • Coordinate with Business Operations Manager, HR, Finance, and Research Administration for onboarding and budget tracking.
  • Maintain project timelines, task lists, and status updates for key initiatives such as recruitment, BMT unit renovation, genetic screening, and community clinic launch.
  • Support scheduling and logistics for meetings, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collect and organize data for quarterly reporting using REDCap, Epic EMR, HRIS, and NRC Health platforms.
  • Assist in compiling annual reports and educational materials.
  • Work closely with Business Operations Manager, Project Lead, Scientific Officer, Program Coordinators, and clinical staff to ensure deliverables are met, escalating delays or risks in a timely manner.
  • Document workflows, protocols, and training materials for grant-funded activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
