• Complete check requests and process employee reimbursements.
• Maintain an up-to-date equipment inventory and grant files.
• Prepare grant budgets, budget revisions, and departmental reports.
• Monitor expenses to ensure compliance with grant contracts.
• Provide regular feedback on the fiscal status of grants and fee-for-service programs.
• Purchase equipment and supplies for the department.
• Compile and enter information for CBISA.
