Provides program direction and support to the Charter Schools Program Grant on behalf of the Educational Options and Improvement Center of the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce: · Assists in coordinating schedules, and organizes complex activities such as stakeholder engagement meetings and work sessions; · Coordinates the planning and development of requests for proposals and serves as a point of contact for vendors; · Coordinates site visit scheduling and supports the CSP data from CSP grant site visits; · Serves as CSP liaison to the Office of Research, Evaluation and Analytics, coordinating collection and analysis of data; · Maintain and update CSP website · Coordinates the work of the CSP Steering Committee · Serves on various committees and task forces upon request of the Chief of Educational Options and Improvement, representing agency program areas or as a representative of the Senior Program Officer’s office; · Represents the Chief of Educational Options and Improvement at meetings & conferences with state, federal & community agencies; · Establishes and maintains cooperative relationships with senior and administrative staff with Department staff and constituencies; Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
