The Grants Administrator I is located in the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation Human Trafficking Program. This position serves as the lead grant administrator and manages all aspects of the grant-funded project from initiation to completion. Job duties include project administration to include coordinating and facilitating project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes. Serving as the primary point of contact for communication with grantors and stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project status. Developing and maintaining productive collaborative work relationships and assessing and responding to stakeholders' needs. Adhering to program policies and practices and providing consultation. Managing documentation and reporting requirements associated with the grant, including progress reports, financial statements, and other deliverables. Conducting information research, data collection and analysis, and research methodology, as well as financial monitoring and reporting. Position will require occasional overnight travel.
