About the position

The Napa Institute Foundation Grant Administrator and Napa Institute Development Assistant will serve the Napa Institute Foundation 60% of the time and the Napa Institute 40% of the time. The Napa Institute is built on the three pillars of Liturgy, Community, and Formation, aiming to deepen faith and foster authentic relationships among Christians through various events and activities.

Responsibilities

  • Daily support for TRB for Napa Institute Foundation matters.
  • Manage quarterly office meetings with Saraa Hazim and take notes in meetings.
  • Be available for family's questions and needs.
  • Support for Steph Busch, Garrett and Betsy Busch, and Kenzie Vath when needed.
  • Assist Jenna Muise with Special Events for Napa Institute, Personal, PHG.
  • Manage TRB email.
  • Manage Donation requests and communicate with development representatives from apostolates.
  • Write donation letters and work with Saraa to manage checks and letters for donations.
  • Schedule NIF board meetings and record minutes for board meetings.
  • Compile information and documents for board packets and track tax receipts for Greg.
  • Assist Rich Loesing, Director of Mission Advancement, on managing all fundraising and event sponsorships.
  • Communicate, track, and coordinate with donors, sponsors, and friends of Napa Institute on Development matters.
  • Manage and update the database for donors and Napa Institute community.
  • Develop and maintain systems for donor identification, cultivation, and engagement.
  • Attend Napa Institute conferences and other functions as a representative and event assistant.
  • Assist guests with their needs up to and during an event.
  • Provide occasional assistance with broader Napa Institute team relating to other high-priority projects.

Requirements

  • Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing.
