About The Position

Marketing Guest Services seeks a Grand Vacation Specialist, $20.50 - $23.63/hr DOE + Commission, Full-Time. This customer-focused role assists BGV’s tour guests and owners by handling reservations, upgrades, cancellations, and answering all related inquiries over the phone. Additionally, the position manages administrative tasks like booking sheets, confirmation packets, and vendor coordination to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and personalized vacation experience.
