About The Position

The Concert Concessions position at McMenamins is a seasonal role that involves handling various tasks from opening to closing. Team members are responsible for expediting food and beverages efficiently, selling concession items, serving food, pouring and serving alcoholic beverages, greeting customers, checking IDs, operating a POS system, handling cash, restocking supplies, dishwashing, and maintaining excellent customer relations. The role requires working in dimly lit outdoor environments and involves physical work that demands mental agility and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Employees must perform their duties safely and report any safety concerns to management while keeping current on company events, history, and products.

Requirements

• Obtain and maintain current food handlers and OLCC liquor license
• Ability to accurately handle cash and work with numbers
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a high volume, deadline-oriented work environment

Responsibilities

• Sell concession items and serve food and beverages
• Greet incoming customers and check IDs for alcohol purchases
• Operate a POS system and handle cash transactions
• Restock supplies and perform dishwashing duties
• Maintain cleanliness and excellent customer relations
• Work in a dimly lit outdoor environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager on Duty
