As a Grains Operator at Conestoga Energy Partners LLC, you will play an essential role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and compliant movement of grain and co-products. In this position, located in Liberal, KS, you will be responsible for inspecting, weighing, and managing the receipt and delivery of grains, ensuring that all inbound and outbound transactions meet stringent quality, safety, and documentation requirements. You will operate scale house activities, skillfully loading and unloading trucks and railcars, while also conducting routine inspections and housekeeping duties that align with our company's policies and safety standards. Your contributions will not only support efficient plant operations but also uphold our commitment to excellence and integrity in every aspect of our work.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work safely in an industrial, outdoor and variable-weather environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in grain handling ethanol production or agricultural operations.
  • Experience operating front-end loaders or similar equipment.
  • Prior experience with railcar loading inspections or scale house operations
