About The Position

Under the direction of the Location Manager, the position is responsible for operations and safety policies. The role involves organizing, scheduling, and communicating operations and grain movements, performing facility operations, maintenance, repair, and housekeeping, and maintaining record keeping for housekeeping and equipment maintenance using the Limble program. Additionally, the position is responsible for weekly, monthly, and annual inventory counts and rail operations if present at the facility, as well as assisting with rail operations at other facilities when needed.

Requirements

• Ability to operate a skid steer, wheel loader, and rail car mover.
• Ability to move or lift items weighing 50 pounds.
• High School diploma.
• 2 years of relevant experience preferred but not required.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to obtain a CDL with endorsements.
• Ability to work extended seasonal hours including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours (shuttle trains) when necessary.
• Ability to work with other departments and locations as needed.
