About The Position

Country Visions Cooperative is looking to hire a full-time Grain Handler for their Random Lake and Cedar Grove locations. Country Visions Cooperative is an agriculture based cooperative dedicated to service and building long-term relationships from generation to generation. We are proud to trace our roots back to 1923. Requirements

Class A CDL preferred, but not required. Don’t have one? No problem! Country Visions Cooperative offers 100% reimbursement
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Perform all duties in a safe and responsible matter
Ability to read maps and follow directions
Ability to shovel and sweep

Responsibilities

Receive grain from customers and load out grain trucks/railcars year round
Operate grain dryers
Perform routine maintenance on trucks and grain handling equipment
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Provide excellent customer service
Communicate and work with customers and other team members on a daily basis
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
