The duties of this hands-on job will include grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading of grain; monitoring stored grain condition; and maintaining and cleaning grain facilities and equipment to provide a safe environment for you and fellow Team Members. Grain Elevator Operators will be cross-trained to perform a variety of tasks. For these jobs we are seeking hands-on individuals who can work longer hours in challenging conditions. Experience in a grain elevator, feed mill or similar would be helpful, but is NOT required. As a Bartlett Team Member, you'll enjoy a long list of great benefits

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Available to work off hours and weekends
Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
This job can be physically strenuous
You will work in tight and confined spaces
You will work at heights
You will need the ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally more
This job will require the ability to ascend/descend ladders
You will be required to wear PPE
All candidates shall be subject to background checks

Nice To Haves

Experience in a grain elevator, feed mill or similar is preferred but NOT required
