In this position, the operator will assist in the unloading and loading of grain, as well as the proper blending of different grain types. Routine maintenance of the facility and equipment is required, along with maintaining a clean and professional image of the facility, equipment, and grounds. The operator will perform routine housekeeping tasks and maintain documentation related to these activities. Daily communication with the supervisor regarding activities, needs, and accomplishments is vital to ensure smooth operations. Safety compliance is a top priority, and the operator must maintain a safe work environment and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when required. Customer service is a key focus of this role, as the operator will serve patrons in a manner that promotes the company and delivers the necessary services to help them succeed in their operations. The operator may be required to work overtime during the harvest season and will perform any other tasks as requested by the supervisor.
