Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks
• Clean trucks
• Dump grain and/or load railcars or trucks, clean up grain spills
• Inspect grain for insects, moisture, and foreign material while unloading grain trucks
• Maintain clean facilities and comply with all state and federal regulations
• Perform routine maintenance and repair on all elevator equipment
• Assist customers in loading purchases
• Promote the cooperative's grain facilities to customers
• Provide excellent customer service by managing difficult situations and resolving customer needs promptly
