In the coming months, we will be hiring for various positions, including Shift Manager We do plan to hold some information sessions about these jobs in early April. To get more information about those sessions, please apply to this job posting and be sure to include your resume. 2nd Shift Managers The duties of this hands-on job will include providing training, support and assistance to hourly team members, as well as working side by side with them in the facility. You will have a key role in maintaining a safe and sanitary workplace in compliance with Company policies and applicable regulations. For these jobs we are seeking hands-on individuals who can work longer hours in challenging conditions. 1 yr experience in a grain elevator, feed mill or similar is preferred. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Available to work off hours and weekends
- Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
- This job can be physically strenuous
- You will work in tight and confined spaces
- You will work at heights
- You will need the ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally more
- This job will require the ability to ascend/descend ladders
- You will be required to wear PPE
- All candidates shall be subject to background checks
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Ag Mechanics or similar is preferred
- Experience in a grain elevator, feed mill or similar is preferred
