Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a Grafana Dashboard Specialist.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure automation roles
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Grafana and dashboard development
• Experience with monitoring tools
• Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry instrumentation and data collection
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
• Familiarity with security and compliance in automated environments
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages

Responsibilities

• Build Grafana dashboards and integrate data sources (Prometheus, Loki, ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Snowflake, AWS)
• Connect telemetry from apps, OS, databases, and APIs; Implement alerting for SLA breaches and anomalies
• Manage OpenTelemetry instrumentation, collectors, and pipelines for metrics, logs, and traces
• Develop monitoring solutions for high availability and performance; optimize dashboards for usability
• Architect CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Nexus) and implement IaC with Terraform and Ansible
• Automate deployments and scaling for cloud and on-prem environments; ensure reliability and security
• Act as SME for observability and automation; lead performance improvement initiatives
• Provide training, documentation, and drive OpenTelemetry adoption; Stay current with DevOps trends
