About The Position
The Graduation Coach / College and Career Coach for Teen Parents position is designed to support student achievement by coordinating parent involvement, family support activities, and community outreach programs for at-risk students. The role involves assisting in the planning and implementation of programs, as well as monitoring, communicating, and evaluating activities and services for parents, school staff, and community partners. Additionally, the College and Career Coach will coordinate efforts in supporting students, staff, and families to ensure students are knowledgeable about post-secondary options and meet the requirements to achieve their goals.
