About The Position

Gallup is accepting applications for a Graduate Workplace Research Intern for the summer of 2025. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to mission-rich research projects aimed at improving workplaces worldwide. As an intern at Gallup's Riverfront campus in Omaha, Nebraska, you will not just be an intern; you will be an integral part of our team, culture, and the impactful work we do globally. During your internship, you will delve into Gallup's workplace analytics, examining data and exploring our latest findings. You will work closely with clients and discover important patterns and themes in our global analytics. Previous interns have had the opportunity to analyze Gallup data, provide actionable insights, write articles based on their findings, collaborate with consultants and clients, and synthesize existing research. Projects have included topics such as employee engagement, employee selection, wellbeing, burnout, and remote work. This internship is designed for analytical theorists who thrive in research environments, enjoy conducting advanced analytics on complex datasets, and are passionate about workplace topics such as organizational culture and leadership development.
