About The Position

Vetwest Ellenbrook is excited to welcome a Full-time Graduate Veterinarian to our friendly, dedicated team! Ellenbrook, located in Perth’s growing northeastern suburbs, offers a vibrant, community-focused atmosphere with cafes, local breweries, parks, and walking trails. At Vetwest Ellenbrook, you’ll work alongside a close-knit team of four Veterinarians, three Nurses, and a Practice Manager, all focused on delivering exceptional care. In addition to your dedicated clinic mentor, you’ll have access to senior Veterinarians who will offer support to help you build confidence and grow your skills. With the latest diagnostic tools like dental x-ray and ultrasound, you’ll be equipped to provide top-quality care. Our booked appointment system and day hospitalisation options also help you manage your time and maintain a great work-life balance. You’ll receive continuous mentorship and professional development, including access to our Graduate Academy and in-house Veterinary Training Centre, ensuring you have the resources to succeed. Your days will typically rotate between treatment/surgery shifts and consulting shifts, working closely with another veterinarian. We roster collaboratively, balancing the needs of the clinic with the personal needs of our team. Requirements

  • BVSc (or equivalent) and registration (or eligibility) to practice in WA
  • A team-focused vet with open communication skills
  • Enthusiasm to develop confidence across medical and surgical caseloads
  • Commitment to exceptional patient care
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
