About The Position

The Graduate Teaching Assistant (G-TA, Temporary Hourly Administrative) Program facilitates opportunities for recent graduates of MSU Denver's MSW program to participate in teaching and activities that support students and the faculty instructor. This is a temporary, part-time position that allows for up to 19 hours per week for up to 1 year of employment. The G-TA must be able to function in a fast-paced, demanding educational environment.

Requirements

• Recent graduates of MSU Denver's MSW Program.
• Must have remained in good standing throughout their tenure in the program.
• Attention to detail, thoroughness, and organization.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to make sound decisions.
• Commitment to supporting the mission and values of the Department of Social Work.
