About The Position
Aptiv's Tax Leadership Development Program (TLDP) is a rotational program designed to cultivate the next generation of tax leaders within the company. Participants will engage in three 12-month assignments across various tax functions, including international exposure, providing a comprehensive understanding of the tax landscape. The program is supported by Aptiv's Global Head of Tax and aims to accelerate career growth for its participants, leading to increased responsibilities in tax roles post-completion.
