About The Position

The College of Health Solutions Student Success Hub at Arizona State University is seeking a Graduate Program Coordinator who is innovative, proactive, and student-centered. This full-time position plays a crucial role in enhancing student enrollment, retention, and graduation rates by effectively planning, organizing, and coordinating admissions and advising processes. The Graduate Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and priorities, demonstrating initiative, independent judgment, and meticulous attention to detail. This role involves close collaboration with academic program leaders, faculty, and program directors to support curriculum development, class scheduling, and the overall academic experience of graduate students. In addition to coordinating admissions, the Graduate Program Coordinator will assist with various aspects of graduate programs and outreach initiatives, frequently interacting with a diverse population of students, staff, faculty, and external stakeholders. The position requires a strong technological aptitude, as it involves tracking and monitoring student progress, utilizing data to respond to inquiries, and managing time-sensitive projects. The College of Health Solutions offers a range of online and immersion graduate degree programs, including behavioral health, biomedical informatics, and health care delivery, and is committed to fostering a culture of inclusion, wellness, and employee engagement. The Graduate Program Coordinator will also be involved in presenting at new student orientations, supporting college and university strategic goals, and ensuring that students are well-informed about their academic journey.
