Responsibilities

• Meet with a specific caseload of students to assist with registration and academic processes.
• Maintain an understanding of SCAD's internal policies and procedures and enforce them with students.
• Answer questions regarding changes in location or majors, educational guidelines, and studying abroad.
• Conduct early and ongoing outreach to students identified by an early alert system.
• Contact assigned students quarterly and respond to calls and emails from students, parents, and faculty or staff.
• Attend events including thesis or final project presentations, graduate events, reviews, and orientations.
• Record all contact with students in the university's database.
• Establish relationships with department chairs and graduate coordinators to understand curricula and support planning the graduate program's schedule.
