About The Position
The Graduate Student Assistant will be directed by the assigned Dietetics Assistant Director in Nutrition Services at the Department of State Hospitals - Atascadero (ASH). The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to: Diet order processing, Monitor modified diet provision, Assist the Dietetic Technicians to provide support to Registered Dietitians, Performance Improvement and other duties as assigned. Minimum qualifications will be verified prior to being scheduled for an interview.
