About The Position

Requirements

  • Present enrollment as a graduate student at the University of St. Thomas.
  • Candidates must be in good academic standing (minimum 2.5 GPA).

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to current students, prospective students, parents, faculty, staff, and other university partners via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Resolve inquiries using troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Use available resources to find information and resolve inquiries, including knowing when to refer to a supervisor or ask questions.
  • Refer customers to other on-campus offices and departments when appropriate.
  • Schedule appointments for advisors as requested.
  • Perform administrative duties and project-based support as assigned.
  • Create visual content utilizing Canva as well as copy for Instagram posts and stories to enhance student engagement.
