We expect that you will have recently graduated and be passionate about building your career. Having some sales experience may give you a head start, but most importantly, you must be passionate about kickstarting your sales career. At CompassX, what we sell is expertise. Our consultants are problem-solvers-for-hire, embedded with clients to deliver results on their most critical projects. As our Graduate SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with executives who are deciding how to solve their toughest challenges. Your job is to open doors, build relationships, and set up meaningful conversations that lead to consulting projects. This is a high-energy role where you’ll prospect, reach out, and qualify leads - but unlike most Graduate SDR jobs, you won’t just be following a script. You could be essential to how we build out our sales function from the ground up and be recognized for the results you deliver.
