About The Position
The Graduate Resident Director ( GRD ) reports to the Area Coordinator for Residence Management responsible for the area of the campus where the GRD’s assigned building(s) is located. The GRD is generally responsible for the administration, coordination, supervision and evaluation of Resident Assistants assigned to his/her building(s), as well as the supervision of programs and activities sponsored by staff and/or students on behalf of the hall. The GRD also serves in the primary on-call rotation on nights and weekends and will be assigned to one committee within the Office for Residence Life.
