Graduate Assistants work under the guidance of assigned faculty, with responsibilities shaped by the faculty's ongoing research projects and instructional priorities. The Graduate Research Assistantship is available to master's students who are assigned to a specific faculty mentor. Responsibilities are closely aligned with the student's field of study and will vary based on the faculty member's research projects and assigned tasks. Graduate Research Assistants may support laboratory work, assist with data collection and analysis, contribute to publications, or engage in other research-related activities that advance the faculty's scholarly work. Graduate Research Assistants are expected to work up to 20 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
